1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:

- The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
- Products returned without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Customized products are specially made based on customer requirements and therefore may not qualify for returns unless defective or damaged.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If you receive:
- a damaged product
- a defective item
- an incorrect product
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos/videos of the product
- packaging images

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers
Estimated refund timeline:
- 5–10 business days after approval
If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be offered for:

- defective items
- incorrect products
Exchange availability depends on stock availability.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped or customization has started:
- cancellations may not be possible
